BERRY FRUIT ROLL UPS
We all remember the classic fruit roll ups; they were delicious. I could eat them by the box. I'll admit it. Now when I have a craving I'll go for the home made version that's easy to make and just as delicious!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1/2 c. Blackberries
1 c. Strawberry
1/2 c. Dried Cranberries
1-2 Mint Leaves
1/3 c. Honey
1/2 Lime, Squeezed
Wax Paper
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees F prior to preparing.
2. Line a 13x8 tray with a silicone mat. The silicone mat will help the fruit leather peel off later on.
3. Add all of your ingredients into a blender + puree.
4. If you need a thicker consistency, add more dried cranberries.
5. Using a spatula, lay the fruit puree on the silicone mat as thin as possible.
6. Place in the oven for 6 hours until the puree has set. Don't worry, it'll be slightly sticky.
7. Let the fruit leather cool for at least 30 minutes before handling it.
8. Cut the fruit leather into strips and place on pre-cut strips of waxed paper.
9. Roll the strips and store them in a dry location.
