I'm sure you've seen Dalgona Coffee or whipped coffee everywhere by now. Instagram. Facebook. Wherever it is, it's a simple recipe to make your coffee time a little more enjoyable!
Ingredients*
1 c. Nescafe Clasico dark roast instant coffee
1 c. white sugar
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. milk
*This recipe is a 1:1:1 ratio. You can adjust the amount you're making whether it's a single drink or making a batch. For a single drink, use can use 2 tbsp. increments.
1. Set up your station with the whisk you're planning on using and your dry ingredients measure out into a large bowl.
2. Bring water to a boil. Measure out 1 cup of the boiling water and add it to your bowl.
3. Use the slowest speed to ensure the water, sugar and coffee are incorporated.
4. Change the speed to a medium-high for about 6 minutes. The dark, chocolate color will turn to a tan color. When you pull the whisk out, if it holds a peak, its ready!
5. Pour your choice of dairy into a cup; I've used 2% milk or oat milk. Depending on how strong you like your coffee, you can vary the amount of dairy you use in your drink.
6. Using a spoon, place 3 dollops of the coffee fluff on top of your milk.
7. Stir and enjoy!
