What's better than donuts you ask? Baby donuts! It justifies you getting more than one donut. You can try more flavors. More surface area for deliciousness to adhere to. They're just better.
There are so many places inside of Chelsea Market you can visit but this has to be on your list. One, they're marketing is so on point. When you come up to their booth, take a gander at their process and the donuts they have available that day.
The donuts are warm when you get them because they fry it right in front of you. What's interesting is that they use the dough for a plain donut but they have so many sugar flavors to can dip the donut into.
They have their house favorites, seasonal, fruity and house traditional donuts. The six we chose were Paris Time, flower power, chai me to the moon, pumpkin pie brulee, bam berry and house of cardamom. They give it to you in an open parchment paper so you can walk around the market and enjoy. All of them were amazing. The donuts were warm. They weren't too sweet. I liked how we were able to try different flavors. The guys behind the counter engage with the people as they're waiting in line. It was a great experience and I can't wait to return to see some of their new flavors!
