Harlem is always doing innovative and delectable things. The Handpulled Noodle is one of

Pork and Chive Dumplings

them! The first item I ordered from there is the Ding Ding Handpulled Noodle with extra chicken. Although it was delivered, the broth was nice and warm. The staff taking care of the order at the restaurant were amazing at clarifying the order and making it just as we wanted it. You can specify the level of heat you want in the dish. The ding ding noodles are very similar to the consistency of gnocchi and makes you very full. The entire dish tasted amazing especially when they topped the dish with cilantro. I couldn't wait to order from them again...so I looked for my next work day to order from them and raved to all my colleagues.

The second time I ordered Pork and Chive dumplings with their White Peach Pekoe Black tea. Out of all the dumplings I've tried, this one was filled with so much meat. It had so much flavor and the chive added a fresh layer to it. Additionally the soy sauce they provided was a bit more tangier than what you normally have. I had asked them to make it spicy however they provide you with a crushed pepper oil on the side that was amazing. The tea reminded me bubble tea..only thing it was missing was the bubba! The white peach flavor was delicious and the tea wasn't overly sweet. Perfect to take on the go! This place has blown me away with their food so I'm aiming to try everything on their menu!
